June - 2017

Pearl Naval Global was founded in 2017. We operate handysize, handymax and supramax bulk carriers. Our mission is to provide first class ship management, chartering, newbuilding contracting and construction supervision services that meets safety, environmental and customer requirements. We also aim to conduct our operations in a manner to ensure that Quality, Safety, Security Environmental and Human Element considerations remain top priority for the Company's management and employees. The Company Management System is designed to operate within the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, the ISM code and the OCIMF, TMSA.

ISO 9001 Certificate for Management System Standard has been awarded to Pearl Naval by KR Class.

July - 2017

Document of Compliance & ISO 9001 have been issued by Korean Register.

July - 2017

M/V MS Jupiter-57K BC, has been taken over into our full management.

August - 2017

M/V MS Atlantic-33K BC, has been taken over into our full management.

September - 2017

Pearl Naval has been commenced to provide consultancy services for wind farm, near shore ''off-shore'' wind power plant, solar hybrids energy field for Korean investing company in Busan area.

June-2018

A branch office has been established in Busan, S.Korea considering crew maning, agency and logistic services.

July - 2018

Pearl Naval has been managing preparation of newly built LNG-FSRU terminal's of Botas Dortyol considering vetting inspections, ISM ''including ERP, operation & specific regulations manual'' and other related documents in connection with OCIMF, SIGTTO, ISGOTT and environmental aspects.

October - 2018

Pearl Naval has been providing advisory services for one of the big industrial group of Turkey ''Rönesans Holding'' considering preparation of world biggest offshore wind farm with 1.2 GW capacity which has been planning to construct in Saros area.

August - 2019

Document of Complience for Pearl Naval has been issued by KR considering Oil & Chemical Tankers.

August - 2019

Pearl Naval has a good relationship with each flag state administration and their RO's.

September - 2019

A branch office has been established in Liverpool, UK considering commercial management in connection with chartering and freight forwarding issues.

October - 2019

A new branch office has been established in Batumi, Georgia considering trading & logistic issues.

Dec - 2019

MLC certificate has been issued by DBS considering Turkish, Indian, Phlp., Ukranian, Azerbaijani, Georgian crew recruitment, manning and training services in connection with our Human Resources activities.

Jan - 2020

Pearl Naval has been established in connection with Pearl Naval Shipman, Isgem, Latitude Marine, Pearl W and Aura Sense Trading with world wide branch offices.
